Almond truffles with dark chocolate and cocao nibs

Almond truffles. Dark chocolate with almond chunks and cocoa nibs inside covered in ground almond.

This is why I’m fat. The bowl below is leftover ground almonds (made in my vita-mix) that I mixed some melted chocolate with to make this decadent granola.
